1. “25”

To you, to you I lift my soul.  In you, in you I put my trust.  Show me your ways, oh.  Teach me your path.  My hope is in you all day long.  To you, to you I lift my soul.  In you, in you I put my trust.  Show me your ways, oh.  Teach me your path.  My hope is in you all day long.

2. “Calling All Saints”

I feel your grace all around me and I feel safe.  In your arms you enfold me, you are my hiding place.  You make certain that you provide a home for me.  So when we come to leave this place you say, “I’m here…come home to me.”  Come home all you saints, come to where you belong.  No more mourning here, cause I’ll keep you safe.  I’ll bring you to where you belong.  Cause you belong to me.  So I’m calling all saints.  Come away when this world brings so much pain.  Come away when this place is too much, it’s too much for you.  I am here when you’re mourning, and I am here for your pain.  And I here when you’re laughing, too.  And I see all the joy that comes through you so…come home all you saints, come to where you belong.  No more mourning here, I’ll keep you safe.  I’ll bring you to where you belong.  Cause you belong to me, so I’m calling all saints.

3. “The Awakening”

I am alive and I know it very well. Yes, I am alive and I know it very well.  Cause I’ve got a vision and a story to tell.  Yes, I am alive and I know it very well.  Mistakes don’t define who I am, cause I’m free.  Mistakes don’t define who I am, cause I’m free.  Day after day brand new mercies I see.  Mistakes don’t define who I am, cause I’m free.  My faith is growing day by day, my heart is listening to what you say, and my feet will guide me along the way.  Cause I’m praying for the awakening.  Love is the door and humility the key.  Yes, love is the door and humility the key.  Open minds open hearts, open eyes to see that love is the door and humility the key.  My faith is growing day by day, my heart is listening to what you say, and my feet will guide me along the way.  Cause I’m praying for.  And my faith is growing day by day, my heart is listening to what you say, my feet will guide me along the way.  Cause I’m praying for, I’m hoping for, and I’m dying for the awakening.  The awakening.  The awakening.

4. “Empty Vessel”

Oh I can’t believe all the masses of uncertainty, questions and the doubt that turn the water grey and make a clear day seem cloudy.  Will I ever know what I could become if I just let go of my fears?  Say a sure goodbye to my old life and then whisper in your ear:  “I am not much, but who I am I give to you.  I am not much, but who I am I give to you.  Just because you ask me to, just because you ask me to.”  There’s people dying on the street cause they don’t have much to eat, makes me feel so empty cause I don’t have a clue.  Wish there was something I could do to reconcile myself.  I’m no trophy on a shelf, I need constant change.  To be bold and say I’d give my life away for somebody else’s gain.  I won’t ask for much, I know there’s enough when I give it all away.  I don’t have much, but what I have I’ll give to you.  I don’t have much, but what I have I’ll give to you.  Just because you ask me to, just because you ask me to.  Cause you ask me to.

5. “Give Me Jesus” (traditional, open domain)

In the morning when I rise, in the morning when I rise, in the morning when I rise give me Jesus.  Give me Jesus, give me Jesus, you can have all this world, but give me Jesus.  And when I am alone, and when I am alone, and when I am alone give me Jesus.  Give me Jesus, give me Jesus, you can have all this world, but give me Jesus.  And when I come to die, oh when I come to die, when I come to die give me Jesus.  Give me Jesus, give me Jesus, you can have all this world, but give me Jesus.  Give me Jesus, oh give me Jesus, you can can have all this world, you can have all this world, yes, you can have all this world, give me Jesus.  Give me Jesus.  Yes, give me Jesus.

6. “Heavy Load”

I carry a heavy load, I’m running on empty.  I walk on down this road, pray you would be near me.  Nighttime is setting in, can I reach comfort in this skin?  Lord, I’m sinking in, this battle I cannot win so please don’t go where I can’t follow you.  I can’t bear this weight alone.  I need someone to share the load.  My burden’s so heavy.  I cannot carry…I need to be carried home.  I’ve waited my whole life for someone like you.  My heavy load is lighter since I met you so please don’t go where I can’t follow you.  I can’t bear this weight alone.  I need someone to share the load.  My burden’s so heavy, I cannot carry…I need to be carried.  Please don’t go where I can’t follow you.  I can’t bear this weight alone.  I need someone to share the load.  My burden’s so heavy, I cannot carry…I need to be carried home.  Carried home.

7. “Perfect”

Today is the day when it all disappears.  We’re walking away from our misguided fears.  Perfect.  Perfect.  She’s a pretty little thing and she loves to have fun.  The American dream, always on the run.  She’s perfect.  Perfect.  What would I give to never forget who I am and to make sense of who you are and how you fell from grace, came to this place.  You’re so perfect.  You’re so perfect.  He’s lying awake, his mind keeps racing.  Got his face in his hands, the trouble he’s facing…not perfect.  Not perfect.  What would I give to never forget who you are and to make sense of who you are and how you fell from grace, came to this place.  You’re so perfect.  You’re so perfect.

8. “Take My Life” (traditional, open domain)

Take my life and let it be consecrated, Lord, to thee.  Take my moments and my days, let them flow in ceaseless praise.  Take my hands and let them move at the impulse of thy love.  Take my feet and let them be swift and beautiful for thee.  Take my voice and let me sing always, only, for my king.  Take my lips and let them be filled with messages from thee.  Take my life.  Take my life.  Take my life.

9. “With You”

I am so amazed by just how much you know about me.  I’m an open book, from your presence where can I flee?  Even from a distance you know where I’ve been.  And when I walk away you always let me back in.  I didn’t even know I was lost until you found me.  Now everything’s changed, I know who I could be.  It’s too much, too wonderful, I cannot take it in.  You know me from the inside out and outside in.  I can see a grand design, a power working.  Like how I sculpted from nothing into something.  Your thoughts are so infinite, rare and lovely.  I can never comprehend or know them fully.  I didn’t know I was lost until you found me.  Now everything’s changed, I know who I could be.  It’s too much, too wonderful, I cannot take it in.  You know me from the inside out and outside in.  Let me rise in the morning and live always with you.  So let me rise in the morning and live always with you.

10. “Weight of the World”

I could write a song with a million hallelujah’s to you.  Coax the melody from my throat, but it wouldn’t be true.  Cause I’m finding out the more of me I find, the less of you.  I’ll draw the line at saying that I’m fine, I’m not fine.  The weight of the world’s pressing down on me now, don’t know where to turn.  It doesn’t seem fair, like you don’t even care, and I yearn, and I yearn and I yearn.  Please take this weight away.  Please take this weight.  Take me away to green pastures and let me lie.  The cool river flowing beside and a big, blue sky.  I’m finding you in everything I ask for, everything I do.  I’m sorry for choosing to ignore you.  But the weight of the world’s pressing down on me now, don’t know where to turn.  It doesn’t seem fair, like you don’t even care, and I yearn, and I yearn, and I yearn.  Please take this weight away.  Please take this weight.  It’s well after midnight I’m lying awake and I fall into the rabbit hole, dark and alone and I crawl.  And I can’t find you, don’t even know myself in this place.  I get turned around, keep praying to be found…well I’m found.  And I don’t have to carry the weight of the world, it’s not mine to bear.  I don’t know why but I try and I try to keep it there.  So please the weight away.  I might take it back someday, and then I’ll hear you say.  “You don’t have to carry the weight of the world, it’s not yours to bear.  Just turn around, put your worries down, you can leave them there.  And leave them all behind, I’ll take them…I don’t mind.”

11. “Spirit”

When days are short and nights are long I need your strength to carry on.  Be thou my hope when hope is gone.  Oh, spirit, come and rescue me.  I’m chasing down my deepest dreams.  My heart is full of wonderings.  In you I find my rest, it seems.  Oh, spirit, come awaken me.  I am adrift far from the shore.  I cannot see land anymore.  Hold thou my hand so I can soar.  Oh, spirit, come and move in me.
